A High Quality Furnace that’s Built to Last

It’s our top priority at Clean Energy Heating Systems to manufacture a product that is made with the highest level of precision and care. Nothing is worse than investing in a new furnace to heat your business and then discovering that it’s not only cheaply made but also doesn’t work correctly. That’s why we use high-quality parts and innovative design details that make our furnaces a leader in the market.

Read below to see just how much we care about making a premium product for you.

Swedged, Not Welded, Flue Tubes

It’s possible that as a consumer you could come across a furnace that has welded vertical flue tubes. At Clean Energy, we have over 175 years of combined experience in the used oil heating industry. That means we know what we’re talking about when it comes to furnaces. That’s how we know it’s crucial for flue tubes to be allowed to expand and contract during operation. None of our flue tubes are welded. Instead, they are swedged to ensure a long life and high performance.

Limited Heat Escape for Efficient Operation

Many furnaces do not have the ability to keep heat from escaping up the stack, thus increasing stack temperature. Our furnaces utilize vertical flue tubes and air swept combustion chambers that allow for maximum heat exchange. This design dramatically decreases stack temperature and makes for a highly-efficient furnace.

The Most Reliable Technology

There are many different parts that go into a waste oil furnace. We like to use tried-and-true parts in our furnaces that guarantee long-lasting, positive results. One of these tried-and-true parts is our metering pump assembly that comes complete with all of our furnaces. This high-quality, reliable pump delivers a specific amount of fuel for each model, allowing each of our individual furnaces to achieve top performance.

Thoughtful Design Makes Installation a Breeze

We know that installing a furnace can be a grueling and painstaking process. That’s why we took special measures when designing our furnace to make sure its installation is as simple as possible. Our installation is as basic as removing the pump assembly from the box and mounting it onto the wall. Also, every pump assembly is vacuum tested. Our furnace bodies are designed for the utmost in installation flexibility. That means knock-outs for hanging applications and interchangeable louvers to direct heat from just about any angle. We even have some great videos on our website if you want to see first hand how easy our units are to install.

There you have it! At Clean Energy we offer nothing but the best as far as the parts in our products and the processes that make them function.
